Together we sign an exclusive search mandate for a period of three months, renewable.

A weekly report is sent to you on the progress of our search either by e-mail, by fax, by post or via a simple telephone call.  Once we feel that we have found a property that may be suitable, we provide you with a detailed report including digital photographs.  If you are interested in one of our selections, we will arrange an appointment to visit the house and  help you in making an offer. We assist you through to the exchange of contracts.

They are based upon the difficulty of the search and upon the value of the property sought after.
